Have you ever noticed the 'guard tower' architectural 'decor' on malls built in the last 10 years?

They all follow a similar plan... A central parking area, that can be secured by blocking the 2 or 3 entrances, and overlooked, by the towers...

I do not think Walmart with their fenced in garden center 'exercuse yards', were the only ones working towards an imprisoned population...
