The only replication of it comes from the mRNA instructions, and Cov19 itself. The mRNA instructions degrade fairly rapidly after a few weeks. People may have suppressed immune systems for a while - even to AIDS level. That will abate because the cause is non-replicating and transitory. People will gradually recover. While affected by AIDs, they will need to be treated to increase defenses and mitigate cancers and opportunistic infections.
