There are helpful entities in other dimensions and there are some that are just all about self (and btw that is ok too as we all are entitled to our own reality) (As long as they do no harm that is).
Yes we are pieces of God and Yes the only way to the God consciousness imho is thro a reckoning with our "self".
If you have ppl that are in 5D "higher dimensions" telling you things like you are lesser or you are just not getting it because you are still doing 3D things like working to feed your family, do not allow these ppl to cause you negativity. Imho they are not truly trying to help you connect with God/Creator.
They are usually easily ID'd by a lot of I, MI, MYs.
It will happen for you in your time & God's time.
You are not going to hell because you are not on their schedule.
You are loved by God/Source/Creator.
Dont allow anyone to rain on your parade.
