But I want you to know that any and all of you with a soul can connect with this God Consciousness and realize the soul powers God gave you & in your own timing.
It will happen imho to different ppl in different times & stages if you want it.
There are many ways you can do it. Maybe meditation training would help you or maybe you dont need anything but yourself & time with God as was my case.

Nana says all of that to say this:
Do not let anyone put you down because you have not connected yet, or put you down saying that they are above you or better than you because they have already attained what they many times call 5D ascension.
Dont allow any of them to convince you that you cant get to 5D unless you are in their little click of "special" ppl.
It is not true.
Benevolent entities that are truly in the higher dimensions will not be arrogantly acting like they are Gods. They will not be telling you the only way to 5D is with them on twit....
