Im sure they have bits and pieces but to let out an entire plan would led to devastating results. Thus we don't get but crumbs in the way of what is happening or what will happen..I don't blame them, If I was coming in to rob a bank, I sure wouldn't tell my neighbor who is a bank teller. although I might tell her/him that the plan is for a week from wednesday at another bank. So sometimes we get misinformation for that reason.
