A woman I know who lives in Kentucky said she saw continuous Blackhawk helicopters flying around from the BlueGrass Army Depot picking up people and taking them to University of Kentucky Hospital. She said it feels like a continuous war zone. She says they fly so low and they are so loud her windows and house shakes.
