I usually do my body weight on day 1 then skip a day and do another bodyweight on day 3. Lots of different dosages on the net but I would avoid the eye method that I see floating around.
If you have a GOOD doctor you should be able to get the pills. I just like to stay off the medical radar scripts.
Are you taking it for others ppls spike proteins or just a detox type of thing? On the fence on whether I should take it.
