He thinks we all need Ivermectin. It's interesting, to say the least. Otherwise, go by the weight guidelines on the tube, which equals .2mg/kg, more or less. Can also be applied topically according to him, either the liquid injectable version or the horse paste, which can be combined with lotion. Lots of good info here!
