So, Welfare..

I like the idea of welfare zones. The sanctuary cities would be excellent candidates for them. The Liberals already love welfare, so they wouldn't mind paying. I think almost all conservatives would also agree - with only one condition: welfare would be banned everywhere else. People who wanted welfare could always go there and get it. Transportation to the welfare zone should also be paid for by welfare.

I think that everyone could get what they want with maximum freedoms preserved. It would have profound effects on poverty, crime and immigration. People should immediately begin increasing awareness of this solution. It cleanly confronts the most crippling social problems but in a manner that respects free will. It is the kind of solution that would transform America and get it back on track.
