Wow Nana hasnt had to work this hard in yrs.
I am Realtor but I also have been an insurance agent for yrs doing corporate benefits enrollments.
I dont do a lot any more but I kept one car manufacturer that I onboard all their new hires usually one day a week.
Geez, they have hired so many Nana having to work too many days, too many hours.
They cant get enough ppl to work it seems.

lots of businesses in my state have closed. cant get anyone to work(young people). only us old ones……..government handed out too many ‘free’ monies

It was bad enough at the plant before covid and B1d3n, with some of the young ppl especially.
When I would interview them they had the attitudes that the company should bow down and be happy that they agreed to work to start with and if the slightest thing didnt go their way they would quit.
It was a "the world owes me" attitude.
