I want to start digging for who the Two controlling Oligarchs are.

I bet they are names not familiar to us, Khazarian roots AND live in or are tied to Crimea. Just look at the name of the country as an anagram A CRIME. It would make sense that the crime family, the Godfather is hidden in plain site, living in A Crime country Crimea.
