VK runs the Potus and The Mil accounts Like Q said Just run the markers and find the correlation.

7:09 VK drops :(09 is the Marker)
Says 9:18
8:18 Biden ( :18 Marker)
8:30 Navy
9:09 ( Army tweets 15 Tweets)
See the correlation?

7:09 & 9:09 VK & ARMY = Double :09
9:18 & 8:18 VK & Biden
:09 + :09 = 18
15 Tweets > 15 + 15 = 30 Remember 8:30 Navy!!

This is the correct way! Minutes = Markers..
