Even though you may feel rushed with the sense that 'its happening'; take things slow, do some homework, buy a small amount on the exchange you choose, and learn by experience using safe amounts. Exchanges want a lot of personal data (its essentially a bank account) so be careful with your choice there too.

The anon who wrote she/he sold his/her home to buy crypto is way too trusting of 'internet advice'. Even on AU there are infiltrators. And even well intended people can be wrong.
