I've never been in the military - so I curious.
Are soldiers allowed to wear something that is not authorized like this? Or would this have to be approved in order to wear it?
If they can wear something not authorized - then this doesn't mean as much to me.
If it has to be approved first, then this means a lot...
So which is it?
