Eat more dark chocolate!

Been doing cacao for many years. Two Tbs cacao nibs or powder in morning smoothie, sprinkled on kefir and fruit for afternoon pick me up. It is a wonderful energizer (no caffeine in a.m. for me, too much of a punch and cannot do the let-down when it wears off). Great mood enhancer. Just an all-around wonderful tonic for mind, body and spirit. Please do it!!!!! 😀
