These are "The Guardians of Transportation". There are 4, 2 at each end of the Lorain Carnegie bridge. Cleveland is where JD Rockefeller had his home. Standard Oil. Millionaires Row, Forest Hills. He is supposedly buried at Lakeview Cemetery.
