Imo Biden does not have control of the Military, therefore he can only talk war but not actually command the Military to go to war. He would have us fighting there in there is a NY second if he could but he can’t.- devolution or Law of War.
I also think that noone except the deep State wants war no matter how many polls they fake and anyway all those wanting war are welcome to sign up their families - this family would rather the troops protect the Southern Border..
