like bitcoin nothing backs it . xrp is for cross boarder payments . there is actually value to it right now . if we go to gold standard like we were told gold to heavy to just keep shipping everywhere so the xrp legdger you could just click a button almost transfers instantly . then with ledger if all the moneys on it you wouldnt have like jp morgan who could just manipulate silver prices to crush market . i dont know everything about it im sure other people could explain better
I understood it to be a transaction element / used for large # to transfer between banks / mortgages and its instantaneous ... so as a product it is a type of process.
I still have no idea of how to give a value.
Like with real estate, the more inventory there is on the market the lower the price and visa versa.
So I'm still confused about the value / worth and who determines it. ditto w/ the stock market.
