I love creative financing! ha! i was a real estate investor until 2008
i was in business school for 8 years
i am an entrepreneuer by heart
i am working on a program to teach teens how to create a business plan and work with their plan to succeed.
why not invest in a business you own rathwr than go to college and pay for a degree !
the premise is create the plan and basically run a business on labor, costs, etc as percentages like an EKG for your heart lol!!!
