The media "mistakenly" labels them Executive Orders, when in fact they are Executive ACTIONS. An Action is little more than a "wish-list" policy statement. None of his ACTIONS have been posted to the National Registry as yet.

Maybe they really HAVEN'T lost them? I really don't know how they manage the optics, but my understanding is that Biden has zero authority, and FEMA is handling all real policy decisions at this time.
