What protocal do you use? I have it, but can’t figure out how much to take 🤣.
This is an amazing Telegram group with archived resources and weekly live calls. The protocos vary depending on the health ailment. I take it daily for overall health. Started low with one activated drop once a day and now stick with about 16 drops/day spaced out away from food.
