Twitter won't let us scroll down far unless we have an account, but what I can see as of now is that Putin:
--congratulated a South Korean leader
--is in talks with France about Ukraine
--is in talks with Germany about humanitarian efforts

(But why has Twitter allowed him to keep an account when they say he's a monster -- but didn't allow President Trump to keep one? Crazy times we live in...)
