BIOENGINEERED FOOD INGREDIENTS & DYES

🧐I remember how as a child, my Aunt Donera, who recently passed away 2 weeks ago at 85 years old & who was an amazing patriot & researcher, always read all food labels and avoided dyes, especially the following:
Red # 40
Yellow # 5 & # 6
Red # 3,
Blue # 1 & # 2,
Green # 3,
Orange B
Citrus Red 2

She NEVER bought marshmallows as they contain Blue#1
*Some brands claim no blue dye now🤷‍♀️

She read labels on personal hygriene products too & avoided SLS, aluminum, fluoride, etc.

As soon as my children could read they read labels like Auntie & me.💞
I'm grateful for all of her love & wisdom.
