"Here is how much the Democrats are appropriating in the $1.5 Trillion Omnibus bill. BILLIONS in spending increases in almost every department. Are they going to blame inflation? I thought Joe said to just to cut cost.
I guess that just goes for the lowly taxpayers."

The House and Senate will soon vote on a 2,741 page, $1.5 trillion omnibus spending package along with an attached $15.6 billion for “COVID relief” and $13.6 billion for aid to Ukraine. Members of Congress will have mere hours to read through the entirety of the bill, which was crafted behind closed doors and by only a handful of leaders. In an attempt to fool Americans, the House will take two votes on the bill as a nakedly political and cynical way of ensuring passage.

That would make a lot of sense for them to try that.

Here's a little more info on the voting and the fookery they are up to...

There will be two voting sessions. The first vote will break out “security” funding, including military support for Ukraine. The second vote includes the remainder of the discretionary spending, “COVID relief”, funding for earmarks, and a host of unrelated policy changes like the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) reauthorization. According to the House Rule, both parts of the divided question must pass in order for the House to pass the omnibus. Therefore, a vote for either part of the bill is a vote for the omnibus.

Why don't they just say, "np, we voted for you."
like everything else.
