im not a garden doctor, but such a strong advocate for healing yourself. Facial reflexology (dien chan zone) is amazing, you work on certain zones on the face with just even the tip of a pen (aka, no cost/no growing anything) and it helps solve problems. just look for red marks/spots/discolourations on your face in a mirror and carefully go over them in small circles for 17 days then a small break. i got around fertility issues with this and have a beautiful baby, then popped him out without painkillers and just a little facial reflexology! it works on everything 🙏💙
