Russia announcing they will launch their own internet by March 11 and to be disconnected from the Global Internet. Runet. 11.3 marker? Possible blackout?
From March 11, all companies and all Russian sites that have not had it so far, will allegedly have to have a .RU domain, and the site data, as well as all users, will be exclusively on Russian servers.
Companies and all other sites from Russian soil have less than five days, until the end of March 11, to separate from global sites, transfer to the national domain and migrate all data and user data to Russian servers, according to sources familiar with the situation.

No, whats Paseo? I am thinking the drivers here are going to get much worse, especially with the 2,000,000 new illegals we have assimilated since 2020.
"Paseo" is bunches of people showing off their cars in a "macho" way (no mufflers, big racing tires, ignore STOP signs & "Right of way"s)... after dark... I guess the local police are spread-thin.
