The town that I live in is shutting them down. They were buying up all the properties. They overpaid for them as well, thus falsely inflating the housing market. Then they are turning all the properties into AirBNB's. Now they are forming shell companies to make the purchases before flipping the properties into their names. These greedy corporations need to be dissolved.
They think WE don't know what they are really up to. Well won't they shake in their skin when they find out.

Wendy Rogers has also been putting legislation through to halt things like landbuying and also investing in anything tied to Communist China in her state. A great step in the right direction.
