Russia announcing they will launch their own internet by March 11 and to be disconnected from the Global Internet. Runet. 11.3 marker? Possible blackout?
From March 11, all companies and all Russian sites that have not had it so far, will allegedly have to have a .RU domain, and the site data, as well as all users, will be exclusively on Russian servers.
Companies and all other sites from Russian soil have less than five days, until the end of March 11, to separate from global sites, transfer to the national domain and migrate all data and user data to Russian servers, according to sources familiar with the situation.
I have learned (the hard way) to be careful with dates. But this prediction feels different. The world is on fire, metaphorically for most and I suggest we all prepare for the possibility a significant event in the coming days.
