old army medic 91b took the oath in 93 .
the confusion seems to lie in what is the nature and appropriate response to thise who do violate there oath and even aid and abette? send a memo informing them they should resign? take a civil action? or are they treasonous enemy combatatnts during a time of declared war and can be imediatly detained and handed over to the military, upon confirmed identity?
