There exists a Universal Styles Manual that dictates how legal documents should be constructed. The manual states that boxes within documents are rendered unseen.
Notice my property tax document for a parcel I own contains boxes within boxes [unseen]. Nowhere does it state WHY I am to pay this amount.
I may not have the knowledge to file a claim against this today, but mark my words - I'll be demanding it all back in 2022 due to fraud on their part.
