Without rewriting an entire dissertation, the graphic represents the existence of a theoretical particle that can travel faster than light (FTL). Such a particle is allowed by Special Relativity & Maxwell's equations. Bottom Line: the implication is that Trump, Q have access or the ability to either see the past, present & future; or travel temporally. As Sagan stated: extraodinary claims require extraordinary proof.
