i surely hope not.. im a real estate appraiser and they are 95% of my work.
... anything else your interested in...lending $ isnt going to need a middle person.
and I suppose if it really hits the fan I could always go back to school and be a vet 🤷♀️😂 you think we can get sleepy Joe to waive those student loans before he gets the boot? (kidding- we would just pay for them later)
i disagree... even if lending is revamped, those doing the lending are still going to want a risk analysis and to know what the value is on what they are lending for.
i'm not a middle man. i don't work for the banks, I am hired by them. my job is to give all parties involved an unbiased opinion of value.
