The EU intends to "paralyze" the Central Bank of Russia

The European Union, together with the United States, Great Britain and Canada, will freeze the assets of the Central Bank of Russia and ban Russian businessmen from using their assets on the European market, said the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Layen.

"We will paralyze the property of the Central Bank of Russia." That will lead to the freezing of her transactions and prevent the use of her property, "she said.
