Yeah, I can’t do it but a few minutes at best. But I just spit it out and keep starting over. I told a friend about this a few years back when she was having tooth pain. She did it and the pain went away. Didn’t know it whitened teeth, so will have to start doing this again. Thanks for the information, Alchemy Cures! 🥰
