Keep trying. I finally got through. by 10 pm I was in. My wait number is in the 300 thousands lol. But at least I got to create my user name and password.

I didnt get wait number It simply wont send me an email at all.
It actually took a few hours for the emails to get to me. I think by the time I got them there were 4 or 5 because I kept trying. I'm still waiting for access but it let me sign in.
