The “laws” in the USA are not really laws; instead, they are acts and statutes of the United States, Incorporated. In other words, they are rules and codes of a corporation. COMPANY BY-LAWs... Like any corporation, (i.e., Walmart, Target), you are NOT bound to the rules (acts and statutes) of the United States, Inc. unless you LIVE IN District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. It does not apply TO YOU.. It DOES NOT include the 50 states united. ONLY IF YOU VOLUTARILY agree to be a citizen (“employee”) & VOLUTARILY TAKE PART in the corporation. The only laws you (the natural living, breathing person) are bound to are the Laws of Nature.
All Titles of the United States Code (USC) are strictly meant for the United States and none of the 50 states of the Union. Each of the 50 states have their own constitutions and laws. See Hepburn v. Ellzey, 2 Cranch, 445, 452, and John Barron v The Mayor and City of Baltimore 32 U.S. 243 (1833). These last two cases clearly state that the United States is not the 50 states of the Union.
The original organic Constitution was adopted by the corporation as its "By-laws". The original Thirteenth Amendment was replaced, and other amendments added, some by fraud.
The 14th Amendment was not ratified.
