Newport Beach PD are responding to a reported Helicopter Crash off of W Balboa Blvd. Witnesses are reporting there's at least one victim still trapped in the helicopter that's now under water. Multiple firefighters/paramedics in the water. OCFA Copter 1 is en route. A quick check of FlightRadar looks like N521HB was descending in that area pretty rapidly.
