Hillary's Collapse - She was 'ARRESTED', Hand & Leg Cuffed! (Clear Video) - YouTube

Hillary Clinton's hands are behind her back the whole time, bc they are cuffed!source:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLue7LYP5Oc

As much as I want to see this as an arrest with hand cuffs, I can't.

Her hands are behind her, yes. She's leaning heavily on the post trying to stay upright. Her hands do separate when she is assisted under her arms. There are no leg irons visible. The audible 'clink' could have come from anywhere nearby.

Why would the 'arresting agents' protectively surround her to block the view of camera's? If MI wants to arrest someone quietly they wouldn't choose daylight in front of cameras.

Any body doubles seen could be black hat rather than white hat. A double coming out a few hours later to cover up her incapacitation is the simplest explanation.

When I watch this I see an evil old woman with Parkinson's disease having a health event and trying to hide it from the public.

look at her right leg as she is being put into the van something appears to fall out of her pant leg and you hear the clink... I too don't see cuffs on legs or hands. but she is not passing out she is being forced.

Watching it again several times; I see a silver object bounce off the ground and, at an upward trajectory, hit her pant leg, coinciding with the metallic clinks. It sounds like spring steel (like a clip off a phone holder or some sort of belt clip). With multiple people lifting and pushing hard against each other its quite possible someone's tool was dislodged or ripped free. (And these are the types of people who carry numerous tools quietly.) It appears to bounce behind the bollard and out of sight. No one tries to retrieve it during the video.

Her toes are dragging. She's heavy. She doesn't seem to be effectively helping nor resisting; merely conscious.
