How about giving her the benefit of the doubt, like Brittany Spears, and figure it is being settled appropriately (or ALREADY HAS) behind the scenes.
maybe she just wanted this for her, to be over. being a victim of sexual abuse myself and having to testify in court, i kniw how utterly exhausting it is. i can imagine she just wants peace and to move on with things. everyone knows about this now and its getting exposed globally and she played a huge part in waking everyone up to what has happened. maybe its time for her to be done and let the others lead the battle. may she find peace and happiness and finally be able to put this behind her.
I understand that...and I am so sorry you had to go through that ..but Virigina knows how BIG this is..sad for ALL the victims that will never have colsure.
