It is a fact that the USA is a federal corporation. Same as post WWII Germany. However, there is conflicting information regarding the IF it is dissolved or will be dissolved.

One fact remains though. DC is an independent entity with its own laws and does not abide by the Constitution. Hence the swamp is gathered there.
