Thise that made fun ofe for mass canning early last year are now coming asking how to can... It is hard to not say " I told you so" but instead embrace thier new found understanding and teach.
YEP and why our generations prior could not be controlled, no credit, no grocery stores, so did not have to rely on the system. I am DEF canning this year. PLUS it tastes SO much better.

yes it is and cheaper than frozen meals. ihad to think back to my grandma and everthing she taught me. my mother was not into any of that. i also see my clothes and knit socks.. lol. very relaxing and i enjoy it.
