I have this book and although I haven't read it cover to cover, I did skim through to see if I could find this part but no luck. I have read loads of Dean koontz books and they do contain a lot of truth bombs. Having said that, this current 'scamdemic' is nothing like described and imo is a mixture of the flu renamed, and Remdesivir/Midazolam murders.
Totally 💯 agree on this being nothing more than the flu.
