Pick up any package of a processed food in your kitchen and look at the label. High fructose corn syrup will likely be on the majority of them. Sometimes the first (most prevalent) ingredient. BBQ sauce is one in my kitchen. It's a big deal. Try to eliminate it from your diet. See definition below. I will follow with more facts.
#HighFructoseCornSyrup is deadly.

The connection between obesity and HFCS is a no-brainer (empty, addictive calories), but here is the *science* 🤡 behind it. One of the fastest, easiest, ost effective way to start reclaiming your God-given right to good health is to eliminate ALL carbonated drinks from your diet and replace with water. *NOT MEDICAL ADVICE*

"Different formulations of high-fructose diets induce distinct alterations in gut microbiota composition. High-fructose intake by HFS causes a reduction of beneficial butyrate producing bacteria and a gut microbiota profile that may affect unfavorably host lipid metabolism whereas high consumption of fructose from fruit seems to modulate the composition of the gut microbiota in a beneficial way supporting digestive health and counteracting harmful effects of excessive fructose."
