You cannot make the text out on the screen so the gist of this video is that each country around the world has huge sums of money in a special account in the trillions and from what i can make from this video is that they decided to hide it from the world and the central banks were created to print fake money and have us enslaved in debt

This much is true but it’s well beyond trillions of dollars…. It’s more like 60-80 zeros to these sums of money!!! I researched this MANY years ago and the amounts weren’t even quantifiable!
