You cannot make the text out on the screen so the gist of this video is that each country around the world has huge sums of money in a special account in the trillions and from what i can make from this video is that they decided to hide it from the world and the central banks were created to print fake money and have us enslaved in debt
Make me wonder IF ALL politicians have to sign it EVERY YEAR ...... Not ONE of them has said qnything about this or even TRY to bring it to the front... SAD !!!
