Today, January 22 in 1973 it was ruled that criminalizing abortion in most instances violated a woman’s constitutional right of privacy. The lawsuit started when McCorvey (1947–2017)—instituted federal action against Henry Wade, the district attorney of Dallas county, Texas, where Roe resided. I urge everyone to pray over this decision today and the days moving forward.
