Did you see the video of the Whitehouse at night, from yesterday, showing what looked like small explosive flashes going along the 2nd floor, they were seen through the windows by someone videoing from opposite.
There was a car parked outside, with the hatchback open, and a single person seeming to be looking at a laptop or the like (glow of screen), they drove away as the flashes ended...
I need to go back and count how many flashes there were...
