LA will become a wasteland.

No food, no Amazon, no gas, no oil for heating.

Escape from LA...

The CA exodus has been going on for a couple of years... leftards fleeing the consequenses of their socialist virtue signaling bringing the same ego driven bs with them.

We left Idaho for that reason. They moved into Boise and the prices of homes went though the roof. Rent is out of sight. We moved to SD with a real governor.

Oh my, glad I saw this.

We have been floating the idea of Idaho.... the mountains outside Boise, 20 - 40 acres...

What you describe has been happening in our town in N AZ - Las Vegas and CA lunatics whining, virtue signaling and trying to make life crap for Republicans, to force us out, so more hive minded morons van move in.

Leftism IS the virus.

Not sure I could stand the weather in SD...

Idaho has a lot of beautiful places. I love Idaho City area. Wish I bought property there 25 years ago. Money was tight. I'm now retired and RVing full time. Sitting here outside Quartzite AZ. 74 outside right now. Califelonies move there and want to change the laws to suit them. Sad.

We are at 4800 ft, so its only 63 right now. We have a couple of acres, but, if we move - I don't want to hear the neighbors dogs barking or their kids screaming... I have a young horse I am training - but some days the neighbirs - it's like living in a zoo - right by the monkey house.

Hubs is retired military, and we rv'd every time we changed base - saved a fortune (how we are able to have a bit of land now).

Property price has trebled in the last 2 years - with the horse improvements, landscaping and interior, if we decided to sell we could probably get 900k... but my stubbirn streak says stick it out - don't let them win, or a property developer get it and tirn it into tiny home stack and packs...

Hubs thinks he has one more move in him, but its not anything that will happen quickly...

I think we drove through Quartzite when we were stationed in Tucson, back in 2001, on our way to San Diego, on vacation - back when life was normal.

Retired in Apr this year. Visited 23 states and 12,000 miles. Move on paper to SD because they don't tax our retirement. Love seeing the country and know why I hate libtard cities. I hate driving through LV. It sucks. You might check out some of the mountain towns. Stay away from ski areas. Libs love those and drive to price up.

We were glancing at Robie Creek area... but, we are just speculating right now.

Yeah, we loved the rving... we drove up and back from Alaska - from Florida, via AZ and fit about 100 miles of rt 1 in CA... 10 days, all told, helluv an experience... but no desire to repeat it.

Hubs works in Bullhead city, and stays in the rv during the week, I hold down the homestead, we're working to pay off the mortgage asap, I like the idea of NESARA/GESARA - but until it actually happens, we'll just keep plugging away - 4 years to go.

Maybe by then that will be the time to up sticks - we'll see.

Rving is a great lifestyle, we even did a six month stint at an rv park during their off season, keeping the pool, and spots tidy, keeping critters away etc. Was a great break after hubs retired from the military.

It also makes buying property easy - If we move again, we will sell first and live in the rv, no chain of buyers/sellers to deal with.
