DOD The Law of War Manual, states that 11.3 applies to both the Belligerent Occupier
and the Occupied Territory (the United States). According to the manual, after ONE year of Occupation the GC (Geneva Convention) obligation will EXPIRE.
Therefore, 1/20/2022 will be one year since China and the Biden Administration took over and became the Belligerent Occupier. After this date, the 11.3 will go into effect and the Military then has the legal right to take over the country.
