There is no one walking this planet that has not made mistakes, we all need to recognize that we are eternal energy beings. God & his consciousness is a forgiving high dimensional being that is here to offer us grace no matter what we have done if we but ask.

If you were tricked by the ppl you thought you should trust & you took the jab, it is not time to dwell on the fact that you were tricked, but it is time to see that we all make mistakes in life, and we all need God's grace.

Connecting to God & his grace is a great place to start, as we really have nothing but for Him. Then let's see what specific things that can be done to help you health wise.

Dont get caught up in the past, what I should have done. It is time to focus on your connection to God & explore information from ppl that do have your interest at heart for ways to heal you from here forward. No time for wallowing in it!
